SWS achieved a great success on the first project of the lead underwriting of bonds this year, as the RMB0.5-billion corporate bonds of Hengdian Group DMEGC Magnetics Co., Ltd. (Hengdian DMEGC) were issued from February 9 to 10 with SWS as the lead underwriter. Since it is the first time for SWS to act as the lead underwriter for bond issuance in Zhejiang Province, the successful issuance of Hengdian DMEGC’s bonds is of great significance for SWS to expand bond-related businesses in the province.
