The “Symposium of 2nd Batch of Pilot Securities Companies for Margin Trading and Securities Lending Business”, organized by the Office of Margin Trading and Securities Lending of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and undertaken by SWS, has recently been held. Attending the meeting were officials from the CSRC, the Securities Association of China, the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, as well as heads and staff of five securities companies obtaining the qualification for the 2nd batch pilot of margin trading and securities lending business including SWS. SWS Vice President Liu Lang, as well as heads and relevant staff from SWS Computer & Network Center, Settlement & Registration Center and Credit Business Management Division attended the meeting.
