From June 24 to 25, SWS held the “SWS Forum on Investing in China in the 2nd Half of 2010” with the theme of “accelerated urbanization” at Sheraton Shanghai Hotel & Residences in Pudong. Over 1,000 institutional investors investing in China such as funds, insurance and finance firms, and investment companies from all over the world attended the meeting. Guests from the Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences gave special reports at the meeting while senior management of 17 listed companies compared notes with one another.
