On July 12, the “Mid-2010 Bond Investment Strategy Seminar”, co-hosted by SWS Research Co., Ltd. (SWS Research) and “China Bond” journal of China Government Securities Depository Trust & Clearing Co., Ltd. (CDC), was held at Sheraton Shanghai Hotel & Residences, Pudong. Over 250 investment researchers from banking, funds, insurance and QFII institutions nationwide compared notes at the meeting. SWS President & CEO Feng Guorong and CDC General Manager Lu Shiyun delivered speeches at the meeting. Guests from The People’s Band of China, the Ministry of Finance, Banks of Communications and CDC gave special speeches on macro-economy, market building and financial construction while investors from the above four institutions exchanged views at the forum. SWS Research released suggestions on the bond market investment strategy in the second half of the year.
